Connecting QuickBooks Integration and Hauler Roll Off Software

Connecting QuickBooks Online to Hauler roll off software is a simple 4-step process:  

1. Navigate to the Integrations page of the Admin section

2. Select "Connect to QuickBooks"

3. Follow the Authentication flow for QuickBooks Online

4. Authorize Hauler to interface with your QuickBooks Online Company

Note that QuickBooks Online does not support custom transaction numbers when interfacing with third-party applications like Hauler. You must disable “Customer Transaction Numbers” prior to customer invoices. Learn more about that process in our Hauler Help Documents or watch this video.
